Non-surgical Facial Rejuvenation

FACE REJUVENATION
Skin scars, superficial scars, acne scars, wrinkles are the general name of the process for the removal of facial rejuvenation (rejuvenation). Laser treatment is applied for these procedures. However, except for mechanical skin peeling (dermabrasion) and chemical facial rejuvenation (peeling) procedures are also used for facial rejuvenation.

LAZERLE SKIN EXPANSION With
the aging of the face skin, sun damage also causes skin damage. This destruction is seen more in the sun-receiving areas such as face and hands. False sunbathing and no use of sunscreen have more negative impact on it. Wrinkles and spots occur on the skin. Laser changes are used to correct these changes in the skin and renew the skin. Laser beams are now used in various areas of medicine and in the treatment of some skin diseases. Laser beams are produced from different sources. It is not possible to solve every problem in the skin with a single laser.

Alexandrite Laser: Every kind of laser application requires repeating sessions. People with dark skin have the possibility of having a skin stain (5%) after laser applications. The laser types used in facial rejuvenation are:
Erbium YAG laser: it is used for the removal of the masses with vascular origin and for facial rejuvenation.
Nd-YAG l laser: is used for the removal of veins of the vascular origin, facial rejuvenation and hair removal. The lower device that shows the effect of the two devices at the top is located in our hospital. Therefore, all of the laser applications can be solved without the need for separate devices.
With these devices, wrinkles around the eyes and upper lip can be reduced to a certain extent by removing the damaged upper skin layers. In addition, scars and color changes on the face can also be reduced by laser. Laser is applied to control wrinkles due to aging skin.
Laser applications can be performed as a complementary procedure under local anesthesia or other aesthetic surgery. The laser basically burns on the skin. This makes the skin vulnerable to infections. For this reason, patients should be treated with drugs after laser treatment in order to protect them against both bacterial and viral infections. The resulting burn is a very superficially controlled burn. The process takes 1-2 hours. Sometimes a few sessions should be performed according to the patient.

CHEMICAL PEELING
It has three types of superficial, middle and deep types of this technique, which provides the emergence of new and fresh skin from the bottom by stripping the upper layers of the damaged skin with various chemical substances. Superficial type skin returns to normal within 1-2 days; With this technique, sun etc. While the upper layers of facial skin damaged due to external factors are removed, superficial skin spots, some wrinkles and other causes (such as smallpox) can also be eliminated. In light-skinned people, the skin structure is better in thin ones and in non-deep wrinkles than in dark-skinned people. Various substances are used:
• Glycolic acid (fruit acids),
• Salicylic acid,
• Trichloroacetic acid (TCA),
• Phenol
No anesthesia is required. However, some strong chemical solutions (such as phenol, TCA) may require anesthesia support. It is comfortable after surgery. There may be mild pain in areas where peeling is performed. The process usually gives good and lasting results. Deep tracks may require several sessions

DERMABRASION SKIN DRUM
Dermabrasion is a process of peeling the upper part of the skin with a rotating rotation of special sanding materials with the help of a fast rotating motor. Some kind of skin shaving. Although some of the wrinkles can be corrected, it is more effective especially in acne scars. Removing the damaged upper layers of the skin is the replacement of the skin from the bottom. With these rollers, it is possible to remove scars and thin wrinkles such as facial acne. The result is permanent and good. Several sessions can be performed on deep tracks. This method can be combined with chemical facial rejuvenation.
